Having an effective compliance and ethics training program will not only prevent problems, but will also aid in defending your organization in the unfortunate event of a compliance breakdown. Codes of conduct are designed for all employees and managers to help them conduct themselves in an ethical manner and in full compliance with laws, regulations, and policies that apply to their jobs.
Join us for this 90-minute webcast as best practices are discussed in creating an infallible code and the minimum code and code training requirements as outlined by the Federal Sentencing Guidelines, Sarbanes-Oxley, the Federal Acquisition Regulation and more.
